Appalachia Service Project, Inc. (ASP)

Description:

A volunteer program that starts in early June and runs for eight (8) weeks. The service project also participates in a smaller year around project which runs throughout the year in Jacksonville, VA and Brenton, WV. Provides minor home repairs such as painting, roof repairs, installing insulation, floor repairs, foundation work, wheelchair ramps, and other small home repairs. Participants for services chosen from individual applications. Applications available on their website or can be printed and mailed. ASP has five centers in West Virginia. All centers use them ain number for home home office in Johnson City, Tennessee.
