An acute care hospital. United Transitional Care Center, the hospital-based skilled nursing facility located on the fifth floor at United Hospital Center. Hospital also has a Sleep Disorders Center, a Cancer Center (separate location), a family clinic, a Wound Center, a Neuro-Spine Center and two rehabilitation centers in separate locations. UHC Family Clinic services include health care for adults, newborn, children, teens and seniors; acute illness evaluation and treatment; preventive health care and well-child exams; pregnancy tests, prenatal care, and family planning; immunizations; patient education; minor surgical procedures, pap smear, colposcopy, hearing test and vision screening. Clinic also provides OMT (Osteopathic Manipulation Therapy) which is performed by a Physician with Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O) degree.
