Social model designed to assist caregiver through respite. Clients must be able to feed themselves and be continent. All levels of cognition. Wheelchair accessible. Socialization activities. Lunch is provided by Putnam Aging under their fee schedule. 6 person limit. Call ahead with notice of need. Activity schedule is printed in the St. Albans monthly. Hours of Operation: M-F 8:00 am - 3:30 pm Cost: Private Pay - $6.25 per hour, Public Pay -FAIR sliding fee schedule Medical Run Program - Drivers stay with client during the appointment. Request that appointments be made in the morning hours. Call when appointments are made and specify if handicap van is required. Transportation is not available if Kanawha County Schools are canceled or on Federal and State holidays. Cost: St. Albans area - $5.00, St. Albans to So. Charleston -$8.00, St. Albans to Dunbar - $8.00, St. Albans to St. Francis Hospital - $10.00, St. Albans to CAMC General or Memorial - $12.00, St. Albans to Corridor G - $10.00.
