Description:

West Virginia Rescue Ministries offers a men's shelter, women's and children's shelter, family shelter, soup kitchen, Penny Pincher thrift store, and The Living Room day room. The shelter provides hot meals to all who wish to come, with no questions asked, and shelter those who request it with no one turned away because of race, gender, or creed. WVRM offers help with clothing, furniture, household items, and toys through its Penny Pincher thrift stores. Thousands of items are given away every year and hundreds of winter coats are given away in the winter through the Fairmont Winter Coat Program. Fire and flood victims are assisted with items to help them get re-established. Toys are given away to children at Christmas.
