Provides case management services for the Aged and Disabled Medicaid Waiver Program. Aged/Disabled Medicaid Waiver Services !€“ A home and community based long-term care program which helps elderly and disabled persons 18 years of age and older stay in their homes by offering assistance with activities of daily living. Regular Medicaid eligibility guidelines are waived for medically eligible persons. Other services offered include: Child Care Resources and Referral serving 29 counties, Professional Development and Education, Head Start, Early Head Start, Early Head Start Prenatal Consultation, WV Birth To Three, Weatherization, Housing/Construction, Excavating, Contracting, CDL Classes, Computer Training, Employment Training, Information Technology, Information and Referral, VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) 4 locations.
