Provides one bedroom units, a community room, laundry room, and lounge. Eligibility requirements are income must be under $1320/month, 62 years old & older, or 50 years old or older if the person is disabled. Person must fill out an application and undergo a background check. Rates are based on 30% of their income. There are 102 units and 10 are handicapped accessible. There is usually a 3 to 6 month waiting list.
